That's all I feel like writing.
The other night I made Valentine cookies with Spencer's mom and sister Ashlie. They turned out adorably and delicious! We made white and pink frosting, the pink is cherry flavored!
We ate pizza and watched Jane Austen's Persuasion (gotta love BBC). I highly recommend Persuasion (it was the newer BBC version so you don't have to site there for four+ hours). It was a fun girls night. I made Spencer a special cookie. It was a hand that was signing "I Love You" (I don't have a picture of it because he ate it) but it was pretty darn cute ;) A nice treat for Visiting Teach-ees don't you think?
While uploading the cookie pictures I found some forgotten gems! Spencer and I went to see the lights on Temple Square and I had forgotten I took pictures! My favorite part was the luminaries. They were so meticulously and beautifully done. The entire east side of Temple Square was lined with them. Glorious! The picture of Spencer and I together was an interesting experience. We asked a guy to take our picture and instead of standing by us to get it he stood across the sidewalk from us and asked people to hold on while he took the picture. An enormous crowd gathered and waited patiently, they were all so kind and funny. I wanted to hide! But we got a good picture and it's a fun memory.

Oh! Here's another fun memory. Last night Spencer and I decided to visit the hot tub at my complex. We got in and cleaned out the leaves and once it warmed up it was pretty nice. We were in there for about an hour and decided to get out especially since Spencer was complaining of stinging sensations on his legs and arms. We dried off as quickly as possible and dashed back to my apartment because it was FREEZING outside. Then I started to itch and sting. Spencer took a shower first and then I took a shower but we were still on FIRE! We think there were way too many chemicals in the water. Spencer's skin was visibly dry and ashy and my skin felt stiff and was blotchy and we both had hair that felt like straw. It took 2-3 coats of lotion all over to be comfortable. What a crazy night!

I also had my first go at jewelry making. I dove right in by making four necklaces in one day for the mothers of the bride and groom to wear at the wedding. They turned out great! I was so relieved. It was actually fun and relaxing. I love to look at pretty things :) I'll post pictures of those soon as well as more "matters of matrimony" in a later post.
