Easter 2014

We had our own little egg hunt before church today. I wanted to use the eggs for breakfast (Goldenrod Eggs is an Armour tradition).  Leone knew exactly what to do since she'd had plenty of practice yesterday.

A Hunting We Will Go

Leone's first Easter Egg Hunt! The Elder's Quorum hosted an Easter egg hunt for the primary.  Last year Leone still had a month before she'd start walking so the Easter festivities were limited. This year she jumped right in and had a grand time gathering the eggs. She even picked out the yellow ribbon to tie on her basket!

April Showers

I just love how the weather is always changing in the spring. I'm ready for temperatures to rise and sunny afternoons but I don't mind the rain.  I have a bright green rain jacket that has this little trick to it; when I wear it I can't help but smile.  April has been full of rain (only 10 days in!) and blessings. Speaking of blessings, I hope you had a chance to watch conference.  I always come away feeling rejuvenated  as though I've had a breath of fresh air and can face the world again.
